¹Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as Advances, Balance Transfers, and Convenience Checks. You will earn 4 points for every $1 in eligible net purchases at merchants classified as BMW Motorrad, 3 points for every $1 in eligible net purchases at merchants classified as gas stations, 2 points for every $1 in eligible net purchases at merchants classified as restaurants, 1 point for every $1 on all other eligible net purchases. “Restaurants” is defined as Eating Places and Restaurants or Fast Food Restaurants. You may not redeem points, and you will immediately lose all of your points, if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death).
